Is consisted of one bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful designed bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, where a child can be accommodated in one of the two sofa-beds. Most of the windows have sea-view, as well as the small terrace in front of the villa where you can enjoy your Greek coffee or ouzo. You can also relax and enjoy the sea view while sitting at the outer yard of next-door Villa Praxithea, under the tamarisk tree. This space is shared with the guests of Upper Floor Praxithea. You can swim from one of the nearby swimming platforms literally only seconds away from the villa.

Cleaning services are provided once a week while sheets and towels are changed twice a week. Laundry service is on demand.
